Securing medical records based on inter-planetary file system and blockchain

In general, health records include important information like the patient’s history, findings of examinations and assessments, diagnosis reports, documentation consent, treatment plans. Sharing this has grown to be a challenge concerning data security, as it could result in compromising patient privacy. Therefore, patient's should not misused or tampered with. paper, full process storing retrieving medical is proposed using decentralized system through integration two emerging technologies: Blockchain Inter-Planetary File System (IPFS). The provides solutions for major security concerns associated with files, including authentication authorization, database breaches, integrity local cloud storage, availability. obtained results indicate high level safety by adding layers such confidentiality, authentication, authorization access control, based on different factors. All these aspects contribute reaching aim system, which safe manner.
